I'm running the Great Manchester Run on May 18 this year for two reasons:

1. To raise money for the George House Trust - a great North West charity helping people with HIV/AIDS

2. To assist me in slimming down Tory tummy

As I'm getting older and most of my friends seem to pay income tax now, you can probably claim gift aid when you donate online to boost your donation by 28%. Hurrah!

The money goes straight to the charity from this clever website.
