I am taking part in the 5K fun run at Roundhay Park in Leeds on August 13th to raise money for the Yorkshire Cancer Centre.  Although I use a wheelchair to get around I intend to try and keep up with the rest of the runners on the course.

This is a cause close to my heart.  I urge you to please dig deep and give whatever you can.  Obviously don't leave yourself short but anything spare is appreciated.
