At the end of September I am doing my third Great North Run in aid of the Alzheimer's Society. So many families struggle daily to look after someone they love who suffers from this horrible illness. I believe the Alzheimer's Society do a fantastic job ... but they need our support.

Some of you may know that I have been struggling with my own health this year so I am not going for a time - simpy aiming to finish. So long as I finish the run and raise some money for Alzheimer's Society this time around I will be very happy :-)
