Although I had thought I would never do it again after the pain of last time, I am going to run the BUPA Great North Run this year. I'm really honoured this time around to be doing it for a cause that has affected my closest of friends family. So this year I am running on behalf of The Stroke Association and hope you can donate generously towards this cause.
