Hi All

I have decided to run the 10k Manchester run as part of the MEC Manchester office team, even though I have not ran since school.

I do expect to end the race in tears of pain and will send everyone the pictures to prove it!

I hope to raise money for Amnesty International!

Amnesty are a movement of ordinary people up for humanity and human rights, with the purpose of protecting individuals wherever justice, fairness, freedom and truth are denied.
