I will be competing in the Polar race 2007 nicknamed "probably the worlds toughest race". A gruelling 400 miles on foot or ski in temperatures as low as -40 towing a 70kg sled to the North Pole. Details of the race can be found at www.polarrace.com where you can follow my progress in training and also during the race. I am doing this for 2 charities this one and the Fire Services Benevolent fund found at www.justgiving.com/dannyfirebenfund .
