My story

Thanks for taking the time to click through to my page - its muchly appreciated!!!

Like many of the fundraisers running this years London marathon or indeed any event around the world, we all have our own reasons, story or journey behind why we are doing it, and this year I'm running for Jeans for Genes Day.

My nephew, Harvey, has genetic disorders and this fundraising appeal does a great deal of work in raising awareness and funding the vital care and support children, and families, affected by genetic disorders so urgently needed.

 

I gained a huge insight earlier this year when my sister Katie Price was ambassador for the charity and this inspired me to represent them this year - and working on the theme Jeans for Genes, I will be running this years London marathon in a pair of jeans!

 

Please help make the endless hours of training worthwhile, by contributing what you can to help raise funds for such an amazing charity - please read the formal bit below and thanks once again for hopefully supporting me in my challenge.

Did a great Brighton half marathon jeans doing a time just inside 2 hours!!! legs felt good but i was overheating quicker than normal. Thanks for your contunued support

Genetic Disorders UK work to change the lives of children and families affected by genetic disorders. Individually, genetic disorders are rare but together they affect 1 in 25 children born in the UK. Jeans for Genes Day is our annual fundraising campaign on Friday 20th September 2013.
