Dear Friends
With the help of many of you I managed to raise over £7,000 for Kisharon by taking part in last year’s inaugural Bupa London road race.
Nowadays many charities are finding it difficult to raise much needed funds to maintain the vital work which they do. For this reason I decided the take part in the 2009 Bupa 10k, being run on May 25th, and contact you and ask for your support for Kisharon, by sponsoring me to complete the race.
Running 10,000 metres is not something I would ordinarily choose to do but as a demonstration of my desire to help this very worthy charity I agreed to undertake what, for me , is a really tough physical challenge.

My aim is to raise as much as I did last year and therefore I appeal to you to be as generous as you can in sponsoring me. Reaching my target in this tougher economic climate will spur me on to complete the 10 kilometre course.
Every contribution, however big or small will be greatly appreciated by Kisharon and will directly assist the ongoing, invaluable work which this very important charity undertakes.
