I am running the London half Marathon to raise money and awareness for The Miscarriage Association.
My wife and I have been very fortunate to eventually have two children, but it was a long road to get there, with many setbacks and heartbreaks along the way. Losing a baby in pregnancy can be a really unhappy and frightening experience.
The Miscarriage Association helps by providing information and support when it’s most needed and I want to help them continue doing that for others in this situation.
Income from event sponsorship makes up more than a quarter of The MA's £200,000 annual budget, so every penny of your sponsorship will really make a difference. What’s more, if you are a UK taxpayer and Gift Aid whatever you give, you’re adding another 28% to the charity without it costing you a thing.
