On 13th April this year I will be running the London Marathon for the National Multiple Sclerosis Centre, the umbrella organisation that supports people up and down the country who have MS.  To find out more about MS please visit http://www.ms-selfhelp.org/.  The organisation is entirely self funded and supports sufferers and their families, so please give generously.

This is my second marathon in six months and it's great to know that so many people have supported me - especially when it gets to the 18th mile mark!
