London to Paris Cycle Ride

Why?

Firstly because for my birthday last year my brothers and sister bought me a bike and I love it, I ride it for pleasure at the weekends round the villages and along the Trent, I even ride it to work once or twice a week.

My niece, Zoë who is brilliant, has had her life restricted by Multiple Sclerosis. Her family have become supporters of the MS Trust.  Her dad sent me the details of the bike ride on an flyer from the trust.

Finally, selfishly when I take stock of my life the memorable parts will be the days I did something special.  This is special and will hopefully memorable.

Where

From Greenwich to Dover – Ferry to Calais – Calais to Paris 450km in total.
