This is the big one the one I planned to run two years ago when I decided to take up running after a 16 year absense from the sport. I never thought I would get to the point where I would enjoy running again but I am now totally addicted. I have been training hard hopefully all the mileage will be worth it.

More than one in three of us will develop Cancer at some point. Few of us go through life without coming into contact with the disease in some way. I am dedicated this run to a friend of mine who is currently battling with Bowel Cancer.
