As you may or may not know I am planning to run the London Marathon this year. I will be running for The PSP Association which is looking for the cure for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. My family lost a very dear friend to PSP in 2001 so it is very close to my heart.

This time I have done some training and hopefully I will neither be disqualified nor make a fool of myself (as the cartoon suggests).
