Right folks, i have set myself a challenge, compared to some peoples challenges this one might seem smaller, for some it might seem large, but for me its going to take some training, some loss of earnings and a whole heap of perspiration.

Anyone can have a stroke, and i think i best get a bit fitter before i have one, lol.

Now i am normally one of the first people to sponsor anyone, so don't make me come round with the bailiffs, until you sponsor me, ill keep coming back...
