As a part of a Cobham team with Peter Nottage, Neil Sutcliffe, Duncan Milne, Paul Armstrong and Luke Nottage, we are participating in the 2015 Spartan Race in Scotland on Sunday, 19 July to raise funds for Help for Heroes. This will involve running, climbing, and crawling our way across numerous obstacles and terrain designed to test physical strength and mental resolve.

Help for Heroes is a hugely significant UK organization supporting servicemen and women of our armed forces today. Through its recovery centres and programs, the organisation supports serving and reservist personnel and veterans who have suffered injuries or illness as a result of their service, as well as their close family and dependents.
