as many of you know i was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in my bowel in  july 2012  i had  major surgery in aug 2012 and to keep me alive while i was recovering i had a ileostomy stoma  my recovery period has been long in feb 2013 i had a reversal to put this back which surgery went very well and im on the road to a full recovery so this is why im doing a 10 km race in july to raise money for this charity which is close to my heart
