Why am I doing this? I must admit I ask that question every single time I am going for a run. I hate running, I despise it with a passion, its such a pointless activity (a car is a better way of getting around!).

I am doing this because Shelter is an organisation that really does affect peoples lives for the better in the UK. We all talk about the war and poverty abroad and many of us have probably donated to these causes in the past. Now is the time to do something positive for a charity in the UK.

I don't care how much you sponsor me or if it comes with complete daft conditions (if it does then you better be sponsoring a little more than everyone else!).
