I am running the Port Lyme 10K with a few of my colleagues from SBJ and thought it would be a good opportunity to raise some money for Charity. 

I will be running for the Kent Air Ambulance who do a superb job and provide an essential service, saving many peoples lives. The Charity is funded entirely by voluntary donations, so every penny raised is important.
