For the last 6 years, i've participated in the Manchester run and nearly killed myself annually!  I'm raising money for an amazing cause and if that doesn't motivate you to sponsor me; what about the fact that you'll get to see me being a dribbling, messy wreck?  10km running around Manchester will not result in me looking pretty!  

You can sponsor me anything from 1p to £1m (or more if you want to).  Anything is appreciated and not to quote a large supermarket chain - every little helps!
