I will be taking part in a charity bike ride from London to Reims on the 16th to 20th  of June 2006, this is to raise funding for research into Lowes Syndrome.

The date of the ride is starting to creep even closer and the fear of having to complete the ride is starting to become a reality. I have been heading out on the bike for a ride most evenings. But the furthest I have managed to complete is 50miles in one day! And not without saddle sore!!
