As some of you may know I am going to cycle from Gloucester to Paris in July. Not only am I doing it for the hell of it but more importantly to help raise money for the TONI&GUY Childrens Ward at Kings College Hospital in London.

 I know we are in the midst of an economic crisis but it would help the ward tremendously if you could donate just a little  (or a lot!!)  to help me help them.
