As an ambassador for The Children's Hospital and its charity I am always keen to support the excellent work that takes place there. Over the last year I have visited the hospital many times and I am always touched by the bravery of the young patients and their positivity, despite the difficulties they are facing.

 

The hard work and dedication of the staff at the hospital is also really inspirational. I always come away from the hospital thinking how we are so lucky to are to have this fantastic hospital in Sheffield and am keen to do anything I can to support the hospital.

 

When I heard about the zip slide I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to help raise money for the hospital and show my support for the staff and parents of children at the hospital, who are taking part.

 

I will also add to 'Team Wednesday' with the manager and the chairman of Sheffield Wednesday already signed up.

 

I'm really looking forward to the event and really hope that Wednesday fans dig deep and support me for such a wonderful hospital and the young patients who will really benefit from your donations.
