Hi Guys

Like a complete idiot I've entered the Sherborne Ironman Triathlon 20th August 2006. For those of you that don't know this comprises of

2.5 mile Swim
112 mile cycle ride
26 mile run Why? Good question - and one I will no doubt be asking myself during the 14 or so hours it will take me to complete (providing I don't collapse in a heap and melt) I'm being trained by triathlon jedi master and ex brtitish triathlon champ Rick Kiddle, so if it all goes wrong, blame the trainer........ So, if I'm going to put myself through hell then I might as well raise some money for some kiddies who need it - so dig deep, and think of me on the 20th August 2006 as I question my sanity...............
