My story
Well - We come to this again.
After completing the impossible task in 2010 of surviving the Loverun and raising £300 for Richmond Borough Mind, Emma King and I thought we would venture deep into our running shoes and give the LoveRun another er...run!
So I am hoping to complete this run on Valentines Weekend 2012, in Finsbury Park. Your support would be greately apreciated be it encouragement, or even in giving a small donation to the charity I am invoted in. Every little helps so they say.

Richmond Borough Mind

Richmond Borough Mind is rooted in the local community and exists to meet local mental health needs. We provide high quality, individually tailored services so people can live full lives and be connected to other people in their communities. We work with others to minimise the impact of mental distress and in partnership with others we aim to improve people’s experience of mental health services. In collaboration with local and national organisations, we raise awareness locally of the importance of mental health and recovery and tackle the discrimination faced by people who experience mental distress.
