On 2nd November we completed the New York City Marathon (see photgraph) on behalf of the Spinal Injury Association (SIA). Thank you to everyone that donated before this event.

We are continuing our fundraising on behalf of SIA by running the Flora London Marathon on 26th April 2009.

We are both lucky enough to be able to run this distance again (at our age), but for many people with a spinal injury, just a few steps would be a much larger achievement. By sponsoring us, we can make the lives of those with spinal injuries more rewarding.
