FOURTH SUCCESS FOR JIM!!
GOT ROUND IN 3hrs 25min 31sec AND COLLECTED A LOT OF DONATIONS ON THE WAY

Hi! It's us again! The "Barker Brothers" Dave and Jim.Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Fresh from our most recent Bendrigg experience in July 2009 (that's Jim's 14th in total) we are once again preparing to run the Great North Run (13.1miles) together on Sunday 20th september 2009.
We are again trying to raise money for the Bendrigg Trust
The trust are a registered charity and run an outdoor activities centre (Bendrigg Lodge) in the Lake District, where disabled and disadvantaged people can get involved in a variety of adventurous outdoor activities. Jim and I have been on holiday to Bendrigg 14 times and would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to go and have a go! It's brilliant!!
This is the 10th time that a Bendrigg team has been involved in the race (Jim has done 3 of those!!) to raise both money and awareness. We are therefore hoping for a bumper total this time around!! We would really appreciate it if you would like to sponsor us and support the work that goes on at Bendrigg.
