After many months of cycling, sweating, and aching, Dave and Phil are setting off on a gruelling 900 mile trek from John O' Groats to Land's End on May 20th 2009.
Over 10 days we are aiming to raise £1000 for Bowel and Cancer research.
Bowel cancer is the second biggest cancer killer in the UK. Only lung cancer kills more people. 35,500 people will be diagnosed with the disease this year, and despite being one of the easiest cancers to detect and cure, only half will still be living up to 5 years after diagnosis.
You can donate as little or as much as you like, but you will be helping a really worthwhile charity improve survival rates and quality of life for many bowel cancer sufferers.
