7oaks Triathlon 19th April 2009.

Im trying to rasie money  for Demelza Hospice Care for Children. Its the reccommended  charity of the 7oaks Triathlon and a worthy cause.

Last September I managed to come 101st out of 350 in my second triathlon ever. My time was 01:48:25. Im looking to beat it this time round.

 It really important that this time round I represent a charity as Im sure I can raise  a decent amount of money for an excellent cause.

The distances are as follows.

400 m swim

28 km bike

8km Run
