This year I've set myself the 3-2-1 Challenge of running 3 Races on 2 Continents for 1 Great Cause!!

The three races are:
Brussels 20km (May 25th) with 53 others in the RETRAK Team
London 10km (July 6th) with my eldest daughter Nic
Great Ethiopian 10km Run (Nov 23rd) (with the street kids in our project)

I've never done 3 races in one year before so this is a big challenge!

Although the Gt Ethiopia Run is only 10km it's at an altitude of 2400m and hot, so that's going to be quite a race!

Please dig deep and sponsor me online. All I raise will go towards RETRAK's work to enable street children to realise their potential and discover their worth.
