My name is Dave as most of you know! I have set up this justgiving page as on Sunday 2nd October I have organised a 'Sunday Stroll' to help raise money for The Merlin Project.
This is a North Coast to South Coast walk from Portreath Arms to The Quay in Devoran and then back again - totalling 24 miles.
The reason behind my choosing Cornwall's MS Therapy Centre as my charity is very simple, it means an awful lot to so many and especially my family.
Firstly in 1999 my brother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, then in 2001 my sister was the diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and finally to top it off in 2008 my youngest daughter Holly was also diagnosed (now you can see why the charity means alot to me).
