Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
On Saturday 13th June 2009, I jumped out of a perfectly good plane at 13,000 feet to raise money for a charity that I have been involved with for the past few years.
Why did I jump out of a plane? Well, I don't exactly have the body to run a marathon!
I'm asking that each dentist, please donate the equivalent of one UDA, and then tell you're favourite patient that you've donated the money from their check up to a great cause.
