Between Christmas and New Year on 29th December we received the devastating news that Mark, a colleague of mine had passed away unexpectedly at the age of 24 with a heart defect.

His family expressed that all donations at his funeral go to the British Heart Foundation.

I am being joined on the walk by Thomas Allison and Thomas Riley who are both keen to help in any way they can.

We are doing the walk on Sunday May 7th which would have been Marks 25th birthday. Couldn't think of a more fitting day for his memory.
