Mental illness is such an important issue within society. Today everyone is under immense pressure due to always feeling like they need to compete! Sadly, not everyone where to turn when they are struggling with their Mental health. So I'm raising money to support those who need the help the more I can raise the more we can help the charity, Rethink mental Illness, to support people. PLUS you get to see me suffer which I'm sure I will with around 18 hours of trekking!
