From 7-11 June, my daughter & I walked the 2 half of Wainwright's Coast-to-Coast Walk – 95 miles through the Yorkshire Dales all the way to Robin Hood’s Bay across the North Yorkshire Moors - in only 5 days. After having scorching sun and sleet last year for the first 95 miles, we had unrelenting rain, wind and low cloud this time, but did find the sun at the very end! See the pictures for a flavour. We are raising money towards the costs of taking a group of 20 young people on this July's mission to Croatia, and also to Bosnia for the first time this year, in support of the work The Bless Network does there putting on children's activities and youth events for the local communities. Every £ you donate will help to make this possible and will go towards providing a great boost to the kids in Slavonski Brod (Croatia) and Banja Luka (Bosnia) this summer.
