Dave has a condition called myopic retinal deteriation.He has lost 60% of his vision in the last 12 months. We have explored every avenue and there is no further treatment available. We have come to terms with this news, and all that it entails. 

During these dificult times the RNIB have been of great support and a wealth of information to us. In fact we dont think we could have come as far as we have without the help of RNIB.

RNIB is funded through charitable donations, to show his gratitude for the help available to him Dave has decided to fundraise for the charity.

This will be in the form of a cycle ride from London to Paris. Jeff has kindly offered to lead Dave on this journey as he cannot ride solo.

On June 22nd 2012 they leave London on the 4 day journey.
