<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">I am taking on the challenge of cycling from London and Paris, during September 14 to 17th, to say thanks and raise money for a charity called </span><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: red; font-family: Arial;">CRY</span></span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">. The ride is 300 miles, and my aim is to raise £10 for every mile.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;"> </span><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: red; font-family: Arial;">CRY</span></span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;"> (</span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: red; font-family: Arial;">Cardiac Risk in the Young</span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">) helped my family when I tragically lost my son 3 years ago, to an unforeseen heart trauma.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">CRY deals with heart issues in people under 35 years old.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> S</span>udden arythmic death syndrome (SADS) is typified by that story you read in the local paper where a young person playing sport at school collapses and dies, seemingly for no reason. <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">This happens to 12 young people a week in the UK.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: red; font-family: Arial;">CRY</span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;"> strives to reduce the tragic loss of so many young people by investigation, education and screening.
