I am running the Cardiff half marathon in aid of the St Davids Foundation - providing hospice care for the terminally ill, I aim to complete it in 1:30 - 1:40. I am setting up this page for the non-technophobes - I also have a sponsor form (actually a few - one in Scotland etc.)if you prefer the old fashioned method.
