I chose the PBC Foundation  to donate to because my Mum had to have a liver transplant because of the condition. This was only made possible thanks to the amazing advances in medical knowledge that we have seen in recent years. And it is through supporting the fantastic work of the PBC Foundation that help and support can be made available to more people, enabling them to recover from this terrible illness and live a relatively normal life. It has given my Mum the opportunity to watch her Grandchildren grow up and enjoy life for many more years than would have been possible even only 20 years ago.
