Friends and colleagues are raising money for Aspire spinal injuries charity who are supporting me to improve the quality of my life after being injured in a car crash while I was in South Africa. The money raised through Aspire will help with rehabilitation, treatment and equipment that will be of benefit to me.

Little treatment is available out of hospital through the NHS so to continue to improve and hopefully be of use is expensive and so I thank everyone for their help and support.
