Okay - here is the story. A very good friend of mine Tim Judson - is going to Uganda in October to do mission with the Baptist Mission Society. He's going to be in in based in Kampala working with orphans with HIV, teaching them and giving them dignity, working with the homeless, helping them find a sustainable life out of poverty.

I thought I'd contribute to the work out there by doing this years Cardiff Half Marathon where all the proceeds of the fundraising would go to the work of BMS in Uganda.

The last time I did the run was just over 2 hours. This time I'm aiming to do the run in 1 hour 55 minutes! If you would like to sponsor me in this cause it would be greatly appreciated.

The run is on 18th October and some how I want to raise at least £500 to this cause.
