As you maybe aware Ian and myself are attempting the 3 peak challenge in July. The charity we have chosen is for Headway, people that are recovering from traumatic brain injury's. The choice for this charity for me was easy as it's something my father was very much involved with throughout his career and I have seen first hand what an incredible impact they have on peoples lives.

So after many years of sponsorship from us it's now all of your turn to dig deep and try and help a couple of overweight beer loving blokes cover 26 miles and 3 peaks within 24 hours.
