So it has come to this - having to raise money for my own employer!!! Only joking - finally taking part in a fund raising event to support all my hard working colleagues, please consider a little bit of sponsorship to show your support for the work of the Hospice.  I am proud to work in a voluntary organisation that is so integral to the community it serves, we deliver care and compassion through our Hospice at Home service, out patient day therapy service and our specialist in-patient beds.  We would not exist without the overwhelming generosity of the local population and it is an honour to be a small part of the fundraising side of things on the 5th of July.  Going for an overnight 9 mile walk in some attire approaching nightwear, fingers crossed it is warm and dry.
