On May the 8th I will start my quest to run 10 marathons in 10 days culminating with the Windermere marathon on May 17th.

Each day for 10 days i will run a full 26.2 mile marathon giving me a combined total of 262 miles over the 10 days.

i will be raising funds for the Brathay Hall Trust enabling children & young people to realise their potential.

Further details on Brathay's excellent work can be found at www.brathay.com & further details on the challenge at www.brathaychallenge.com

The 10 in 10 challenge was the idea of Sir Christopher Ball who was inspired by the achievements of Sir Rannulph Fiennes who himself has completed 7 marathons in 7 days with the added challenge of doing them in 7 different continents !!

Bear Grylls described the challenge of 10 in 10 as "An epic challenge that will require an epic strength of mind"

As i'm sure you agree this is no ordinary challenge & i ask you to dig deep & support me as i go through sheer Hell all in the name of charity.
