I'm running the New York City Marathon on 1 November raising money for Phab! So hopefully it won't just be the Physiotherapy profession that gains something from all my training.

Phab is a great charity ! But it's not big and it needs your help.Phab clubs provide valuable support for families, and carers of disabled people, helping them overcome feelings of isolation. All members of the same family can belong to the same club and they are able to enjoy events and activities together and with others.
