On march the 18th 2023 I will be stepping back into the ring for the second time putting it all on the line at Detling Showground in front of 1500 spectators.

This time I will be raising money For Mind a mental health charity.

I am fortunate enough not to suffer myself from mental health but I know people around me that do struggle with their mental health and with all the struggles going on in the world at the moment with cost of living crisis, people living with mental health is on the rise.

1 in 4 people have mental health and don't get the help they need and around 8 million deaths each year are related to mental health issues.

There is also a massive stigma in the world that men don't feel that they can talk to people about how they are feeling, how they are doing and how they are coping.

we need to get rid of this stigma!!

So what a better way to raise money for an amazing charity than to do something that helps me keep focused, disciplined, mentally and physically fit.
