Story

Thanks for visiting my page. On 26th April 2009 I will be running the London Marathon to raise money for the Down's Syndrome Association.

The DSA is a worthy organisation whose work concentrates on all aspects of living successfully with Down's syndrome. They strive to improve knowledge of the condition and to champion the rights of people born with Down's syndrome, like Nikala (pictured).

More information can be found at www.downs-syndrome.org.uk

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. If you are a UK taxpayer they will also ensure that 25% in Gift Aid plus a 3% supplement is added to your donation.

Thank you for your support.

About the charity

Children and adults with Down’s syndrome are all unique individuals with their own personalities, family backgrounds and preferences that make them who they are. We aim to create the conditions that all people with Down’s syndrome need to live full and rewarding lives.
