I am going to Uganda August 14, 2008 to work for a week with Softpower, a charity that is rebuilding schools in and around Jinja.  This is a very worthwhile effort and almost all of the money goes to buy supplies for the schools.  Softpower has very little overhead because it is being run out of the local tour company.  Please consider giving generously.
