Hi,
Well, I can't believe it is over - and I did it! All of it! The Brighton Half Marathon, The full 100 mile Randonnee in 15hours and I climbed Kilimanjaro!
Whilst in Tanzania, I visited the Amani Childrens Home. The Home is amazing. The children are fantastic! The home looks after some 250 kids, some of whom are permanent residents in the home, and some of whom have been repatriated with parents but who still benefit from education. Last year the home was moved from a 3 bedroom house holding 60 children to a purpose built building on the outskirts of Moshi. I'll put some photos up soon and share them with you here.
So for those of you yet to sponsor me - now is the time. I've completed all my challenges, so time to cough up!! Your donations will help the Amani Childrens Home in Tanzania, Africa, build a new playground and bring children and families back together.
Donating through this site is totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Amani Childrens Home will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
Full blog post will be appearing soon to tell you all about it!
Thank you!
David Coats
