Walk for Bobath Scotland · 11 October 2008

We're a charity that improves the lives of children and adults with cerebral palsy through specialist therapy, support and information.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Bobath Scotland gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

My daughter Rachel (pictured left) has cerebral palsy and has benefited from two six week sessions with Bobath Scotland.  She loves attending and gains a lot in confidence in relation to her movement and walking in particular.

Bobath Scotland receives very little public funding and is therefore restricted in how often they can treat the children who they work with.  This sponsored walk (I am planning  to walk 10 miles) has been organised by my sister-in-law Tricia as a small 'thank you' and providing some additional funds to a very worthwhile charity.  I hope you will feel able to sponsor me.
