On 26 April 2009 I will be running the London Marathon dressed as a toilet. Yes, I will be flushed with embarrassment! The picture is not of me - but it is the same costume. Please sponsor me for Wateraid.

So that is this Sunday. It has come around so soon. How do I feel? Absolutely rubbish. I have had man-flu this week. Never mind, should still be a great day.
